Diamond Wedding

We'd like to thank everyone at the Lodge for helping to make our anniversary celebration such a resounding success.  The bar and dining room staff were unfailingly cheerful and helpful and your manager (whose name we do not have) went out of his way to ensure that all our needs were met.  Please pass these sentiments on and also, our compliments to the Chef for providing such a wonderful meal -- there were no complaints except at the huge size of the helpings! -- and for cutting the cake for us.

Your delightful fayre

We stayed overnight on the evening of the 30th September and had dinner which was delightfully prepared, producing an incredible variety of tastes, not least of which was the Tillington Cheese (from Sussex?) ... so enamoured was I of this taste, I asked for a small wedge for dessert.

To cut to the chase, would you, by return, furnish me with a producer's or distributor's name for this delightful cheese - I am unable to determine via the internet (with my failing memory) the correct source and I would like to procure some for personal consumption.

Thank you once again for a perfect evening meal and a pleasant, comfortable place to rest our heads on what was coincidentally our anniversary.
