I just want to say a HUGE thank you for all your hard work and of the staff also!

We have heard great feed back from our guests saying how fantastic the food was and how polite and helpful the staff were.

Certainly intend to stay again

We recently made a trip from Germany to England by car and decided to stay at winchelsea Lodge in October 2010. We were so pleasantly surprised, warmly and efficiently greeted. As we checked in, they have shown us around to our charming and comfortable room which was exceptionally clean and neat. The linen was crisp and the bed inviting. The room was well furnished and the bathroom spotless. Later, we found the beds were as comfortable as they looked.

In the evening we went into the Lodge to have something to eat and we were served as delicious meal and some excellent wine at what I thought was a very reasonable price. The chef spoke very good german as well. Breakfast the following morning was equally good. the Lodge was modern furnished with wooden floors, cosy and welcoming. The staff were pleasant and attentive. The Manager was very hospitable. Everything was surrounded by a beautiful countryside and historic locations. We are so pleased that we stayed at Winchelsea Lodge and we certainly intend to stay again.

I just wanted to say thank you for all your help the other Saturday (16th may) in making our day go aswell as it did. I know you and your team all worked very hard on the day to make it work for us, we both really appreciate it very much and I believe Becki is going to send you something so say thanks. I just wanted to check to make sure everything was ok your end and nothing got damaged or ruined, as I will sort it out if so. Just let me know.

You delivered everything you said and made it look so easy, everyone commented what a good time they had and it was down to you.
